When hospitalization is required
our physicians will see you at
Volunteer Community Hospital.
The fees for services provided
by either the hospital or
hospital-based physicians are
billed separately from the
service provided by the
physicians of our office.

PRESCRIPTION REFILLS
Many medications require ongoing
refills; however it is possible
to run out of your medication
prior to your next appointment.
It is important not to miss any
doses of certain medications.
Please call during normal
business hours, or have your
pharmacy fax a prescription
refill request, for a refill
when you have at least 3 days of
the medication remaining to
avoid running out of your
medication. If you call for a
refill request please allow
24-48 hours for your request to
be filled. |
