TRENT SCATES, PA-C, M.S.
A native of Greenfield,
Trent is a graduate of the
University to Tennessee at
Martin, and Trevecca Nazarene
University in Nashville. He
received his Master of Medical
Science degree from
Alderson-Broaddus College in
West Virginia. Trent received
his accreditation form the
National Commission on
Certification of Physician
Assistants.
Trent joined the staff at Martin
Medical Center in 2002. He is an
active member of the American
Association of Physician
Assistants, Tennessee
Association of Physician
Assistants, and the Tennessee
Primacy Care Association.
Trent and his wife Beth have
three children. In addition to
his healthcare practice Trent is
a Major in the Tennessee Army
National Guard. He enjoys
golfing, baseball, and spending
time with his family.

TRACEY T. KIZER, W.H.N.P.
A native of Obion County, Tracey
is a graduate of the University
of Tennessee at Knoxville, and
she received her Masters degree
at Vanderbilt University in
Nashville. Tracey received her
accreditation from the National
Certification Corporation.
Tracey focuses her practice on
women and their healthcare
needs. She joined the Martin
Medical Center in 2002. She is
an active member of the National
Association of Nurse
Practitioners in Reproductive
Health and Sigma Theta Tau,
International Honor Society for
Nursing.
Tracey and her husband Jody have
two children. Tracey is very
active in her community and with
the Union City School
Foundation. She enjoys traveling
and spending time with her
family.

STEFANIE L. GRAY, C.F.N.P.
A native of Arkansas, Stefanie
is a graduate of the University
of Arkansas at Monticello and
she received her Masters degree
from Murray State University.
Stefanie received her
accreditation from the American
Nurses Credentialing Center.
Stefanie joined the Martin
Medical Center in 2007. She is
an active member of the Sigma
Theta Tau, International Honor
Society for Nursing.
Stefanie and her husband Lance
have two children.

RANDY A. EARLS, A.N.P.
A native of Weakley County,
Randy is a graduate of
Vanderbilt University in
Nashville, where her received
his Master of Science in Nursing
degree. He received his
accreditation from the American
Nurses Credentialing Center.
Randy joined the Martin Medical
Center in 2007. He currently
assists in the care of patients
at HealthSouth Cane Creek and
Martin Healthcare.
Randy and his wife Angela have
three children. Randy enjoys
bodybuilding and health
awareness and improvement.

LESLIE ARY, A.C.N.P.
A longtime resident of Weakley County, Leslie is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Martin, she received her Masters Degree at Vanderbilt University in Nashville.
Leslie joined Martin Medical Center in 2009. Leslie is Nationally Accredited and Board Certified. She focuses her practice on providing care to all adult patients, including those with diabetes, hypertension, and kidney disease.
Leslie resides in Sharon with her husband, David and daughter Tori. She enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her family.
